Singer Cyndi Lauper is putting on her annual holiday concert with several special guests, all to raise money for one very important cause.

Many concerts and fundraisers have been canceled this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but thankfully technology and creativity have proved to create several successful online events. To round off the year, Lauper’s 10th annual “Home for the Holidays” benefit concert will be going virtual, and the musical line-up is incredible.

Today, Lauper announced the names of people who will be joining her in this year’s unique event The star-studded setlist includes; Adam Lambert, Billie Eilish, Cher, Dolly Parton, King Princess, LL Cool J, Taylor Swift, Phoebe Bridgers, and more.

The organization that the event will be benefiting is called True Colors Unite, which works towards ending the homelessness of young people in the LGBTQ+ community. “LGBTQ youth are 120% more likely to experience homelessness than non-LGBTQ youth,” the organization’s website explains. “True Colors United, co-founded in 2008 by Cyndi Lauper, implements innovative solutions to youth homelessness that focus on the unique experiences of LGBTQ young people.”

This sounds like an exciting musical event to attend safely during this holiday season, all while supporting a great cause. This virtual event will premiere live on Tik Tok on December 11 at 8 p.m. EST, as well as December 13 at 8 p.m. EST on Facebook and YouTube. You can check out the True Colors United website for more information about how to attend the “Home for the Holidays” concert and how you can donate to the organization.
