Easter Eggs We Should Have Noticed About Taylor Swift’s Upcoming Album ‘Evermore’
Pop singer-songwriter Taylor Swift surprised fans by announcing that she will release her ninth studio album called Evermore at midnight tonight and here are the easter eggs she dropped that we missed.
After the release of her latest highly-successful album Folklore, Swift will release its companion, Evermore, this evening and we could not be more thrilled. The album features fifteen songs, including “Willow,” “It’s Time to Go,” “Champagne Problems,” and more. Swift will also release an official music video for the song “Willow” at midnight. Although the release of the album seems like a surprise, Swift has been subtly dropping hints for her fans.
Swift has been hinting at the release of this album through Instagram posts and more recently. For instance, she recently made her fans curious by posting a picture of her sitting on a couch with the caption “not a lot going on at the moment,” on her Instagram just two weeks ago (and she posted a similar image with the same caption prior to releasing Folklore).
Additionally, she posted on her Instagram story recently to promote her cover with Entertainment Weekly and hinted at one of the tracks on the album, “Tis the Damn Season.” Fans on Twitter caught on to some of Swift’s easter eggs and posted about their theories.

Swift has been notorious for leaving bread crumbs for her fans when it comes to releasing new music, but she reached a new level for Evermore. Less than a day ago, Swift made the announcement about her upcoming album on her social media, and fans didn’t have long to process as the album comes out tonight. The deluxe physical edition of the album will include two bonus tracks, to make seventeen tracks in total.
Ever since I was 13, I’ve been excited about turning 31 because it’s my lucky number backwards, which is why I wanted to surprise you with this now. You’ve all been so caring, supportive and thoughtful on my birthdays and so this time I thought I would give you something! pic.twitter.com/wATiVSTpuV
