Timothee Chalamet Hosted ‘SNL’ This Past Weekend and Here’s What You Missed
Actor Timothee Chalamet, also known as Timmy T, hosted Saturday Night Live this past Saturday, and here are some of our favorite moments.
Chalamet, known for his work in Call Me By Your Name and Little Women (2019), hosted SNL this weekend with musical guest Bruce Springsteen and had us laughing. Alongside cast members Pete Davidson, Kate McKinnon, and more, he performed two musical sketches “Yeet” and “Tiny Horse.” He also portrayed singer and actor Harry Styles on the Dionne Warwick Show and dressed up like COVID-19 in the “Coronavirus Holiday” sketch.

One of our favorite moments from the show was from the sketch “Rap Roundtable,” when Davidson and Chalamet acted as a new rap duo who had just released their highly successful song, “Yeet.” The duo discussed what rap and hip-hop mean to them alongside Queen Latifah (Punkie Johnson), the host (Ego Nwodim), and Questlove (portraying himself). This performance made many fans think of Chalamet’s rap song that went viral when he was in high school called “Statistics.”
Chalamet also performed in the musical sketch “Tiny Horse,” alongside Beck Bennett and Heidi Gardner, and portrayed a young man who is about to lose his family farm and with it, his favorite tiny horse. In the sketch, the tiny horse becomes famous after leaving the farm and finds success all over the globe.
Many fans loved Chalamet’s episode and expressed their excitement on Twitter. In particular, many fans highlighted how much they loved the “Tiny Horse” sketch.
