Meghan Markle and Prince Harry Sign Multi-Year Spotify Podcast Deal
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are expanding their production deals, this time for an exclusive podcast partnership with Spotify.
The former Duke and Duchess of Sussex will produce audio programming through their newly formed production company Archewell Audio. This partnership acts as a multi-year collaboration.

Spotify announced the exciting news on Tuesday morning in a statement posted on its official website. The duo will launch their first podcast episode this month, which will act as a holiday special consisting of inspirational stories.
“What we love about podcasting is that it reminds all of us to take a moment and to really listen, to connect to one another without distraction,” said the Sussexes in a statement shared by Spotify. “With the challenges of 2020, there has never been a more important time to do so, because when we hear each other, and hear each other’s stories, we are reminded of how interconnected we all are.”

This announcement comes after the reveal that the Sussexes signed a multi-year deal with Netflix for exclusive documentaries, docu-series, feature films, scripted shows, and children’s programming.

The first completed podcast series from Archewell Audio and Spotify is currently eyeing a 2021 release. We can’t wait to see what the years ahead have in store for Prince Harry and Meghan.
