Find Out the Winners of This Season of ‘The Amazing Race’
Another season of The Amazing Race has come to an end during this week’s episode of the competition’s final leg.
On Wednesday, fans watched as the top three pairs remaining in the race fought for the winning spot and the 1 million dollar prize. The three teams raced towards the finish line were married couple Hung Nguyen and Chee Lee, brothers Riley and Maddison McKibbin, and boyfriends Will Jardell and James Wallington. Three powerful teams, these pairs formed an alliance early on within the competition and continuously worked together during the race in hopes of becoming the final three teams. After achieving their goal, all bets were off as each group focused on getting to the final pitstop first.

After completing the final leg challenges, couple Jardell and Wallington first crossed the finish line, making them the winners of $1 million and this season’s Amazing Race competition. The team was full of joy and overcome with emotion, crying happy tears. But the excitement wasn’t over just yet. At the final pitstop of their ten leg journey, Jardell got down on one knee and proposed to Wallington, who said yes.

The rest of the teams and all of the fans watching were thrilled for the winning couple. Nguyen and Lee came in second place, following the McKibbin brothers in third place.

This season was unlike any other because it aired during a time in which traveling is unsafe. It was nice to reminisce about exploring different parts of the world, and we are hopeful that we will be able to do so again soon. Congratulations to this year’s contestants; we can’t wait to see what next season has in store for us.
