One of his latest singles, titled “Just Friends” has just gotten a video of its own. Jackson recently cleared his Instagram in order to promote it, and the video is currently receiving high praise amongst his fans.

The music video features an emotional story of memories, friendship, and heartbreak. Starring Jackson as himself, the singer is hooked up to a machine that monitors his memories. Both the lyrics and the video tell a story of a complicated romance; it conveys the relatable feeling of trying to take a relationship to the next level when the other person is not quite on the same page.

As the R&B song plays, we get to see detailed visuals of the woman in question as she brings him both happiness and pain, and eventually ends up with another man. In the end, it is implied that his memories of her have been erased, ultimately ending his suffering but at a heavy price.
