27 Years of Harry Styles: Celebrating Him and His Success
Fans across the internet celebrate all of Harry Styles’s accomplishments to wish him a Happy 27th Birthday.
The well-known singer and songwriter Harry Styles was born on February 1, 1994, in Redditch, United Kingdom. He began his musical career in 2010 when the band known as One Direction joined the seventh series of the famous show The X Factor. The band included Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Louis Tomilson, Niall Horan, and Liam Payne. Following the show, judge Simon Cowell offered the boys a deal to sign with his record label. The band went on to have a very successful career until they split in August of 2015. Following the split, Styles went on to pursue a solo career with Columbia Records, which has proven to be very successful.

Styles has released two extremely successful solo albums, which both peaked at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart. His first studio album, Harry Styles, was released in 2017. The ten-track album reached No. 1 and spent 71 weeks on the chart. Two years later, he broke records with Fine Line, his second studio album. Fine Line earned Styles three Grammy nominations for the 63rd annual grammy’s. “Watermelon Sugar” was nominated for Best Pop Solo Performance, “Adore You” was nominated for Best Music Video, and the album Fine Line as a whole was nominated for Best Pop Vocal album. Less than a month ago, fans celebrated as the song “Watermelon Sugar” reached 1 billion streams, which was a massive milestone in Style’s success.
Apart from his musical career, Styles made history as the first male to ever be featured on Vogue magazine’s cover. He explains that he has always been fascinated by women’s clothes. Fans praised Vouge’s December 2020 portfolio of Harry titled “Playtime with Harry”. His cover of Vogue broke boundaries that society has placed around men and the way they are expected to dress.
