Taylor is a Harlem-born musician who has been involved in the entertainment industry for years. When she was 15 years old she choreographed Beyoncé’s music video “Ring the Alarm.” Shortly after, she was signed to Pharrell’s label. In the years since, she has been everything from an actor, dancer, composer, to director and singer. Last year Taylor released The Album which has features with Kehlani, Missy Elliot, and IMAN.

Her collection with Pretty Little Thing is inspired by her signature 90’s style. The inclusive sizing ranges from a size 0 to a size 26. The main colors of the collection are black, grey, and brown with accents of silver, green, and blue. The price of the collection ranges from $12 to $94.

There are skintight pieces such as bodycon dresses, bodysuits, and a bralette, as well as loose baggy numbers such as a cropped hoodie, puffer jacket, and a wide-leg pant.

According to WWD, Taylor’s collection is a mix of “tomboy” as well as “girly-girl.” Due to COVID-19, the process of creating the collection was done entirely through Zoom and WhatsApp calls.

A unique feature on the Pretty Little Thing’s website is their Shop By Figure menu which has options for plus size, curvy which they call “shape,” tall, petite, and maternity.
