Watch the Trailer for Netflix’s New Psychological Thriller Series ‘Behind Her Eyes’
Netflix just released the trailer for its new psychological thriller series Behind Her Eyes starring Eve Hewson, Simona Brown, and Tom Bateman.
Netflix has been on a roll so far this year with new highly anticipated releases every week, and Behind Her Eyes is up next. The trailer has just been released and it’s got everyone buzzing, especially after hearing that Left Bank Pictures is behind the show, the same team involved in Netflix’s hit series The Crown.
The series is a psychological thriller based on the 2017 novel by Sarah Pinborough. The novel was well-received and fans that read it are excited to see it adapted into the new series, which was created and executive produced by Steve Lightfoot and directed by Erik Richter Strand.
Behind Her Eyes centers around Brown’s character Louise, a young single mother who begins having an affair with her psychiatrist boss David, played by Bateman. Louise eventually meets Adele, David’s wife played by Hewson, and the two form an unexpected friendship behind David’s back.

Things then take a drastic turn once a complicated love triangle forms. Secrets are revealed as Louise learns more and more about both Adele and David’s dark sides while becoming a victim of the couple’s manipulative psychological games.

As the daughter of U2 star Bono, Hewson is no stranger to Hollywood. She’s also starred in other major productions like Bridge of Spies and Cinemax’s The Knick. Brown is a rising actress mostly known for her role in the 2016 adaptation of the iconic film Roots.

Fans of the Behind Her Eyes novel are very excited about the show. The suspenseful trailer has them even more eager to watch and they’re hoping that it does the book justice, especially the plot twist ending.
