Lionsgate released an official trailer for their new sci-fi film Voyagers, which is set for release in early April.

The sci-fi adventure film is set to hit the big screen on April 9, after it was originally scheduled for release last year and delayed due to COVID-19 restrictions. The film is directed by Neil Burger, who also directed award-winning films such as The Lucky Ones, Limitless, and Divergent, so we have high expectations for Voyagers.

With the future of the human race at stake, the futuristic film will follow a group of young men and women, who were bred for intelligence and obedience, as they embark on a journey to colonize a new planet. They then discover disturbing secrets about their mission, which makes them explore their most primitive qualities. The star-studded cast includes Tye Sheridan, Lily-Rose Depp, Fionn Whitehead, Chanté Adams, Isaac Hempstead Wright, Viveik Kalra, Archie Madekwe, Quintessa Swindell, Madison Hu, and Colin Farrell.
