SZA Has Released Her Ethereal New Music Video for ‘Good Days’

SZA just released the music video for her beloved single “Good Days,” along with a snippet of her unreleased song “Shirt.”

SZA is back with another music video, and this time it’s for “Good Days,” which reached the top 10 of Billboard’s Hot 100 and Hot R&B/Hip Hop Songs charts. The end of the video also featured a snippet of her song “Shirt,” which recently went viral on TikTok.

The world first heard “Good Days” when it appeared at the end of the music video for SZA’s previous single “Hit Different,” which was released back in September. Fans instantly fell in love, and they were happy when it was finally released onto streaming platforms on Christmas Day.

“Good Days” is the second single off of SZA’s highly anticipated sophomore album, but no official title or release date has been announced yet. Fans are anxiously waiting to hear more from the singer following the release of her 2017 chart-topping, Grammy-nominated debut album Ctrl.

Last month, SZA appeared on CBS This Morning where she revealed that new music was on the way. She shared that “Good Days” wasn’t initially meant to be a single until fans heard a teaser and instantly loved it.

Fans also caused “Shirt” to blow up after SZA released a snippet. The song didn’t even have a title until everyone began referring to it as “Shirt,” which SZA decided to keep.

Directed by SZA herself, the “Good Days” video is psychedelic and features her dancing alone in a mushroom field. The singer looks stunning as she sports fiery red hair and showcases her flexibility while effortlessly dancing.
