Hailey Baldwin Gets Candid About Marrying Justin Bieber at 21
In a recent interview with ELLE Magazine, Hailey Baldwin opened up about the decision to marry husband Justin Bieber so young. Baldwin looked stunning as she graced the cover of the April 2021 issue of ELLE. In the interview, the 24-year-old model spoke candidly about her relationship with Bieber and their decision to get married at such a young age.
The Hollywood couple shocked the world when they first announced their engagement back in 2018 after dating on and off for nearly four years. Many weren’t aware that the two had been dating for that long and felt that the engagement was rushed.
Perhaps the biggest surprise was how young they were deciding to settle down and tie the knot. Baldwin was just 21 when she got married, but she explains that it was a no-brainer for the couple. “We have both lived enough life to know that’s what we wanted,” she told ELLE.

Having both been in the business since they were teenagers, they related to being young celebs and formed a close friendship prior to dating. “We had talked about wanting to be married young and having a family young and building a life. Even before we knew we wanted to be with each other.” She said.

Baldwin admitted that being married to an international pop star hasn’t always been easy. Constantly being under a microscope was tough and she eventually had to turn off her Instagram comments due to the overwhelming harassment and hate she received.

Nearly three years into the marriage, the two are clearly happily in love and always seen gushing over each other on social media. Many have grown to love the couple together and are glad that they’ve both found happiness.
