K-Pop Girl Group ITZY Announce Comeback With Teaser for Upcoming Album ‘Guess Who’
JYP Entertainment’s k-pop girl group ITZY announced their new comeback album on March 22 at midnight KST. The announcement revealed a teaser poster for the new album, Guess Who, which is to be released on April 30. The comeback poster was shown through a tweet on the band’s official Twitter, displaying the name of the album, as well as the release date and times of Friday, April 30 at 1 p.m. KST and Midnight EST, all displayed over a background of bright yellow, orange, pink, and red light leaks and flares. The tweet has gathered more than 130,000 likes and almost 50,000 retweets, with fans excitedly replying with their reactions.
Following the announcement, the album became available for pre-order through Itzyshop, the girl group’s official website. The CD pre-order is listed at $27.98 and includes one CD, two photocards, a photobook, poster, sticker, newspaper, postcard, and a hidden card. The shop page revealed that all U.S. sales count towards the USA SoundScan and Billboard charts as well as the Korean Hanteo and Gaon charts.

Guess Who will be ITZY’s fourth album, following their last release, Not Shy, which was dropped August 17, 2020. The big announcement of this comeback also follows the release of a new fan song. The single, “Midzy,” dropped on March 20. Fans have been quick to share their excitement for the group’s comeback, sharing their reactions with the hashtags #ITZY_GUESSWHO and #GUESSWHO.
