The Weeknd and Ariana Grande’s Most Recent Collaboration for Their Favorite New Remix
The Weeknd has joined forces with Ariana Grande for a remix of his popular song, “Save Your Tears.” Grande first featured The Weeknd on her second studio album, My Everything for the song “Love Me Harder” in 2014. Her most recent album, Positions, also features The Weeknd in the song “Off the Table.” The Weeknd has now returned the favor, featuring Grande on a “Save Your Tears” remix, which appears on his fourth studio album, After Hours.
Grande and The Weeknd have flooded their social media accounts to tease their fans about a potential collaboration. Both offered fans a sneak peek at what was to come. Grande shared two stunning photos of her recording with The Weeknd replying with multiple sound-up emojis. The Weeknd shared an animated version of the two with the photo reading, “Save Your Tears Remix.” Before the remix released, the duo built up fans’ anticipation by tweeting as each hour passed.

Both musicians have been incredibly busy. Grande released Positions in 2020 and more recently appeared on Demi Lovato’s album, Dancing with the Devil: the Art of Starting Over. Their duet is called “Met Him Last Night.” The Weeknd had released After Hours in 2020 but has released several remixes. He enlisted Rosalía for a “Blinding Lights” remix and Doja Cat for an “In Your Eyes” remix. Grande shared a black and white photo blending their latest albums perfectly to show the duo’s musical endeavors.
