Within the gallery of slides, Grande explains that this month she’ll be posting weekly about mental well-being to de-stigmatize the topic. Throughout the other infographics, an array of mental health and substance abuse resources are provided, such as Mental Health America, The Loveland Foundation, and SMART Recovery.

It is nothing new for the singer to speak out about the importance of maintaining mental health, as she has opened up about her own struggles in the past. Ariana Grande spoke with British Vogue back in 2018 about her fight with post-traumatic stress disorder.

After the Manchester bombing during her concert, Grande reflects “[it’s] hard to talk about because so many people have suffered such severe, tremendous loss. But yeah, it’s a real thing.” Later in the interview, Grande explains her experience with anxiety. “Everybody thought I was crazy when I got home and wanted to hit the ground running.” She recalls.

“Here’s to ending the stigma around mental health…” The artist wrote in her Instagram post above.

These days, Ariana Grande continues to advance her music career. Recently, the singer collaborated with The Weekend for a remix of “Save Your Tears” which has topped the Billboard Hot 100 at No. 1.
