David Beckham Becomes Director for Victoria Beckham’s New Beauty Campaign
Former professional soccer player David Beckham stepped into the director’s role for his wife Victoria Beckham’s new beauty campaign, Victoria Beckham Beauty. Victoria Beckham posted an Instagram video on Thursday, May 6, on the set of her Matte Bronzing Brick campaign, showing her husband working behind the camera.
The beauty mogul gave fans a behind-the-scenes look at her newest campaign in the Instagram video. “Okay so we are in Miami filming for Victoria Beckham Beauty. We’ve got the lovely Ken [Paves] and my director for the day who is going to be filming me. He’s good. He’s got my back. The director’s got my back!” Victoria told her followers.
According to World of Victoria Beckham, the campaign is about empowering women and making the world a cleaner place. The products are cruelty-free and aim to be inclusive. The star said, “When [we were] developing all of the makeup we said we wanted it to be incredibly inclusive. And that’s exactly what we’ve done. We all have completely different skin types. Completely different ages. And we’re all wearing the same makeup. What we’ve achieved is so special.”

Victoria and CEO Sarah Creal use the #notperfect hashtag to set higher standards in the beauty and fashion industries. The duo met over seven years ago and was passionate about creating cruelty-free products. “We had to start from scratch. But we’ve done it!” Victoria stated. “We wanted to be as clean as we can and still active with the ingredients and formula.”
As for David and Victoria, they have been married for over 20 years and have four children together. They have been together through it all—from family life to creating and managing various brands and projects—and fans are obsessed with the pair’s relationship.
