Korean boy group EXO has announced another comeback by revealing a special teaser for their upcoming album, DON’T FIGHT THE FEELING. The band shared the news on Monday, May 10, through a post on their official Twitter account, sharing a teaser gif along with the album’s title. After an over eighteen-month-long break, this news comes after the band’s 2019 release of their 6th album, OBSESSION.

The group shared a mysterious gif on Twitter teasing the album, showing a radar scanning an unknown pattern of green dots. Below the scanner reads the words ‘DESTINATION: EXO PLANET’ as well as ‘LOCATION: OUTER ORBIT.’ Though the teaser gif still leaves questions about the album release unanswered, the group sent out another Tweet sharing the release date of Monday, June 7, and announcing that pre-orders start immediately, on Monday, May 10.

The news of this album release comes one short month after the group released their ‘L-1485 Spoiler’ on their 9th anniversary, sharing the set of the music video they were shooting and informing fans that they had been working on a new album. Though not much has been revealed regarding the album release, fans have taken over the #DONT_FIGHT_THE_FEELING hashtag on Twitter to guess what the radar gif might represent and what the group has in store for everyone.

DON’T FIGHT THE FEELING follows EXO’s most popular hits such as “Love Shot,” “Call Me Baby,” and “Monster.” This album will mark the group’s 7th album release and will come after over a year-long break. DON’T FIGHT THE FEELING will be available for pre-order starting Tuesday, May 11. The pre-order link will be provided by EXO’s official Twitter
