South Korean Girl Group Mamamoo Announces Comeback With Exciting Trailer Clip
South Korean girl group Mamamoo officially announced their comeback on Sunday, May 16, through the release of an exciting new trailer video. The new project is titled ‘Where Are We,’ stylized as ‘WAW’ throughout the trailer clip and promotional posts. The elegant trailer lasts less than one minute and subtly showcases the upcoming project, including all of the members of the group. The highly anticipated comeback is set for June. The group is already beginning to promote the project leading up to its release with promotions such as concept photos on Twitter.
The trailer for ‘WAW’ was shared on the girl group’s official YouTube account and shared on their Twitter on May 16. The tweet included a link to the YouTube video as well as the general release month of June 2021. Opening with a blurry image of the girls laughing together over soft piano music, the 53 second-long trailer shows a variety of emotions, ending with the display of the title “Where Are We” and the release date of June 2021.

The first part of the project is planned to be released on the group’s anniversary, seven years after their debut in 2014. Along with an album, which is assumed to be titled “Where Are We,” the group will also include a summer concert and a documentary, all as a three-stage project. Based on the trailer videos and concept photos, the project evokes emotion-filled energy that fans are eager to see.
