Jonas Brothers Surprise Fans With ‘Remember This’ Summer Tour
Now that they made it, how complicated was last year? The Jonas Brothers are gearing up for an outdoor summer tour with special guest Kelsea Ballerini after a year of not being able to perform.
The Jonas Brothers announced news of the tour on Wednesday, May 19. In the band’s Instagram announcement, they wrote, “We couldn’t be more excited to officially announce…. WE ARE GOING ON TOUR THIS SUMMER and we’re bringing our friend @KelseaBallerini! Had to make sure we could see you guys as soon as we could! Here’s to creating a whole bunch of new memories that we’ll never forget 😎 Can’t wait to see you guys again on the #RememberThisTour!!”
Ballerini first teamed up with the Jonas Brothers at the Nashville stop of the “Happiness Begins” tour in 2019. After the show, the country singer shared a photo on Instagram of a long-overdue hang out with the Jo Bros. She also attached a video she made at 12 years old for a contest to meet the group. Since then, fans have been waiting for the Jonas Brothers and Ballerini to team up again.
When you get out of work and can FINALLY freak out about the fact that @KelseaBallerini is touring with the @jonasbrothers !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Although the tour announcement was shocking, considering it will be their first tour since 2019, it isn’t a complete surprise to fans. Venues were flashing signs that read “Remember This” to hint at the upcoming tour and a single from their upcoming album. Fans instantly put the pieces together and patiently waited for the official announcement.

The “Remember This” tour will be different from their 2019 reunion tour, “Happiness Begins.” They are playing much smaller venues this time around. Instead of the Barclays Center, you can catch the band at the Jones Beach Theatre. Many cities have two dates, likely to ease back into touring and reduce crowd sizes.
In addition to the new tour dates, Joe Jonas teased that fans can also expect new Jonas Brothers music “very, very soon,” in an interview with Access Hollywood. Fans believe that they may release a new song on May 23 during their performance at the 2021 Billboard Music Awards, hosted by Nick Jonas.

The brothers have had a busy year. This upcoming tour is just one of the many projects the band has going on this year. Nick Jonas kicked off 2021 by releasing his new album Spaceman, hosting SNL, and resuming his position as a coach on The Voice. Frontman Joe Jonas has a tequila line coming out as well as the war film Devotion. Not to mention the NBC special Olympic Dreams airing in July. The show will test Nick, Kevin, and Joe’s athletic abilities as Olympic-level athletes.
Tickets for the “Remember This” tour go on sale on May 27 10 a.m. local time. The Jonas Brothers and Ballerini will tour from August 20 to October 27.
