On Friday, May 21, teen singer Billie Eilish announced her 2022 tour dates for her upcoming album, Happier Than Ever. The tour will be taking her all over the United States, Canada, Europe, and the United Kingdom.

The world tour will kick off in February in New Orleans and conclude five months later in Zurich. According to Pitchfork, Eilish’s 2020 tour, Where Do We Go? Tour was cut short after just three performances due to the pandemic. Initially, the tour was postponed but was later canceled altogether.

The news of the tour comes shortly after the announcement of the album and the debut of Eilish’s first book, Billie Eilish, which is a personal album of photos she compiled with her family that showcases her authentic life and childhood. The book is also accompanied by audio recordings of Eilish and her parents describing photos and exchanging anecdotes, giving fans an intimate look into the musician’s life.

Eilish’s new album, Happier Than Ever, will be released on July 30, 2021, and will include her three most recent singles, “my future,” “Therefore I Am,”  and “Your Power,” among other highly anticipated songs.

Like Eilish’s previous album, When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?, Happier Than Ever is written and produced in collaboration with her older brother and fellow musician, FINNEAS. Both Eilish and FINNEAS are scheduled to perform at music festivals throughout 2021, including Austin City Limits in October.

Tickets for the tour go on sale on Friday, May 28, 2021 and can be purchased through billieeilish.com.
