BTS teases at ‘Hotter’ remix of latest single ‘Butter’
BigHit Music dropped a shocking surprise to BTS fans, announcing a “hotter” remix to the Bangtan Boys’ latest song ‘Butter’. The remix was announced early on May 27 and with it, came teaser photos that did not disappoint.
On Friday, May 28 BTS will release a remix to their latest English single ‘Butter’ and the teaser photos couldn’t be more exciting. Shared throughout the groups’ social media, the photos feature the boys in slick suits, featuring a red backdrop with pink undertones to set the mood. The group teaser photo alongside the individual promo has only been live for about 2 hours US time and has already amassed over 1 million likes, proving BTS fans are ready for whatever will come their way in the coming hours.
According to an article by K-news outlet Soompi, BigHit describes this remix as “delightfully different from the original song’s bright and lively mood”. If the original song wasn’t “hot” enough, one can only wonder the direction this remix will take. While the remix is taking a different approach, these new teaser photos look quite different too. In the original pictures, the boys were smiling and giving a peace sign to the camera, and in the “hotter” version, fans are seeing a total attitude change, most notably in Namjoon or RM’s picture, showing him winking at the camera.
