Bo Burnham is releasing an album on Thursday, June 10, featuring songs from his latest Netflix comedy special Inside. The special premiered on May 30, portraying life in lockdown from Burnham’s own home. Now, fans can listen to the powerful tracks featured across streaming platforms.

Songs featured in the special have already become a hit for their catchy sounds and profound lyrics. One track, “Welcome to the Internet,” has over 4 million views after less than a week. The album will likely include all 20 original songs from Inside

While the official track-list has not yet been released, it will include standout anthems “White Women’s Instagram,” “Unpaid Intern,” and “FaceTime With My Mom.” Just like the titles, the songs are absurd and relatable.

The YouTube star wrote, directed, filmed, and performed the special from the confines of his home throughout the last year of quarantine. Inside is already getting recognition across the internet and throughout Hollywood. According to Variety, it could even be a contender for the Emmy Awards taking place this September.

Burnham is quickly becoming a household name in comedy. He appeared on Comedy Central in 2009 and released his first special Words, Words, Words a year later. Burnham developed the 2018 coming-of-age film, Eighth Grade, and in 2020 starred alongside Carey Mulligan in Promising Young Woman.
