Serena Williams’ Daughter Is Her Ultimate Mini-Me in Tennis Outfit
Serena Williams’ daughter follows in her footsteps by wearing an adorable mini version of Williams’ Australian Open outfit. Her three-year-old daughter, Alexis Olympia Ohanian Jr., rocked the color-blocked ensemble at her tennis lessons.
A series of photos were posted on Instagram on June 9 by Olympia’s father, Alexis Ohanian. She is wearing a pink, red, and black Nike catsuit, identical to what her mother wore in the Australian Open. The Instagram post has already reached over 100,000 likes and almost 2,000 comments.
Serena Williams herself commented on the post in a joking manner about not being side by side with her daughter in the matching outfits. “Awwww mannnn I asked you to save this post until I was next to her side by side in my same outfit 🙄🙄,” the tennis star commented.
“Oophhh I guess I’ll have to pull the plug from your phone tonight. And you wake up wondering why you have no battery 🤷🏿♀️🤷🏿♀️ LOL,” she added.

According to Cosmopolitan, Serena’s outfit was inspired by Olympic gold medalist track star Florence Griffith Joyner. Serena stated, “I was inspired by Flo-Jo, who was a wonderful track athlete, amazing athlete when I was growing up,” she said. “Watching her fashion, just always changing, her outfits were always amazing.”
This isn’t the first time that the mother/daughter pair have been twinning. In the past, the two dived into their inner princesses while wearing matching yellow Beauty & the Beast dresses and singing along to the Disney classic. The Nike jumpsuit ensemble is the latest of matching outfits to come from the iconic duo.
Like mother, like daughter, Olympia is truly the miniature version of Serena Williams. The world needs to make way for the next generation of rising Black queens.
