Tyler, The Creator Teases New Music With ‘Side Street’ Video
Tyler, The Creator teased fans about the potential for a new music with a newly released video. On June 14, Tyler, The Creator took to his social media accounts to post a 39-second clip with the caption, ‘Side Street.’ The video ends with the phrase, “Call Me If You Get Lost.” After this video, fans are anxiously awaiting what is to come.
Tyler, The Creator rose to prominence for his debut studio album, Goblin in 2011. Goblin chronicles Tyler’s discussions with his fictional therapist, Dr. TC, who appears on his 2009 mixtape, Bastard. Tyler’s success continued when he released his fourth studio album, Flower Boy in 2017. The album has an impressive list of artists, as Tyler collaborates with Rex Orange County, A$AP Rocky, Estelle, Frank Ocean, Steve Lacy, Kali Uchis, Jaden Smith, and Lil Wayne.

Tyler’s features are easily his best to date with artists like rocky, frank ocean, rex orange county, jaden smith, and even lil wayne. This album is easily my favorite summertime album and i have yet to get sick of any song.
A year later in 2018, Tyler reimagined the Christmas classic: The Grinch. He released an expanded edition titled Music Inspired by Illumination & Dr. Seuss’ The Grinch. His rendition of “You’re a Mean One, Mr. Grinch” has Tyler proving himself to be a force in not only hip-hop music but also in the film soundtrack world.

In 2019, Tyler released his Grammy award-winning album, Igor. The album made history, as Tyler scored his first number one album on a record he self-produced and arranged all on his own. Igor took home “Best Rap Album” at the Grammys.
Last year, Tyler released singles “BEST INTEREST” and “GROUP B.” After having a relatively quiet 2020, Tyler shared a teaser video to presumably his next music era. Tyler and the mystery woman engage in a passionate kiss as Tyler holds a dog on a leash. The video takes a sudden end with the phrase, “Call Me If You Get Lost,” exciting his fans for what is to come.
