Miley Cyrus to Host Concert Special For Pride Month on Peacock
Join Miley Cyrus as she hosts the Pride concert special, Stand by You, streaming on Peacock on Friday, June 25. The hour-long event was pre-recorded earlier this month from the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville. Celebrate the end of Pride Month with Cryus and others in what’s sure to be an exciting performance.
Not only will Cyrus host the event, but she will also be a featured performer throughout the special. “The Climb” singer will perform renditions of iconic songs like “Believe,” “Dancing Queen,” and even a Madonna medley. Of course, as the title of the event suggests, there will be a powerful cover of “I’ll Stand by You” by The Pretenders.
That is my favorite too! Don’t forget she performs My Heart Beats for Love at the #StandByYou Pride concert on June 25th- only on @peacockTV ❤️🌈 https://t.co/kdTMZ6CmDK

Musical guests Brothers Osborne, Little Big Town, and Orville Peck will join Cyrus on stage. Other guests on the show include prominent members of the LGBTQ+ communities and allies. Notably, TJ Osborne of Brothers Osborne recently came out, which according to TIME, makes him the only openly gay singer under a major record label.
“Tonight is all about celebration,” Cyrus said in a trailer for the concert. “Everybody is welcome here.”

According to Deadline, Cyrus inked a deal with NBCUniversal back in May to help develop exciting new projects for the studio. Stand by You is the first of three specials produced by Den of Thieves. Hopetown Entertainment, owned by Cyrus and her mom Tish, is also a producer of the event.
