A new teaser for John Wick: Chapter 4 was posted this week on Instagram by Canadian actor Shamier Anderson.
The sequel was first announced during the successful opening weekend of John Wick: Chapter 3- Parabellum, which grossed over $300 million worldwide. Apparently, the original plan was to release the fourth chapter back to back with a fifth installment but was halted due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Fans would be excited to know that familiar faces will also be returning such as Ian McShane (Winston) and Laurence Fishburne (Bowery King).
Furthermore, the fourth installment will feature newcomers who will be joining alongside Reeves, including Shamier Anderson (Stowaway), Japanese-British pop superstar Rina Sawayama, Donnie Yen (IP Man), and Bill Skarsgard (IT).
If there is any justice in the world we will get as many John Wick movies as Fast & Furious movies. You know, to balance out the universe.
