Stagecoach to Be Headlined by Carrie Underwood, Thomas Rhett, and More Artists, Possibly Leading to New Music

The Stagecoach Festival, an outdoor country music festival in California, announced the star-studded lineup for its 2022 show on July 12.

Back in June, Stagecoach announced its 2022 festival dates on Instagram. The festival will be held from April 29 to May 1 at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California. It returns after its 2021, and 2020 shows were canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Stagecoach announced its official lineup on Instagram on July 12. The lineup features some of today’s biggest stars in country music, such as Maren Morris, Brandi Carlile, The Black Crowes, Cody Johnson, and Smokey Robinson. Longtime star Carrie Underwood will headline the April 30 show.

“Die a Happy Man” singer Thomas Rhett will headline the first show on April 29. He wrote on Twitter that he has “Been waiting for this announcement for WAY too long.”

“Forever After All” singer Luke Combs will headline the May 1 show. He wrote on Twitter, “See y’all in 2022 at @stagecoach!”

Stagecoach will also feature Guy Fieri’s Stagecoach Smokehouse and Diplo Late Night in Palomino. Fans on Twitter shared their excitement for the lineup.
