The Trailer for ‘Blackpink the Movie’ Is Finally Here
K-Pop phenomena BLACKPINK finally released a trailer for their upcoming documentary BlackPink: The Movie. The minute-long teaser could not be more perfect, showcasing each member’s charm and unique character.
On July 14, legendary girl group BLACKPINK dropped a trailer on YouTube for their most anticipated content release yet: BlackPink: The Movie. The film will appear in theatres worldwide on August 4 and 8, aligning with the quartet’s fifth debut anniversary. The show will deliver never-seen-before interviews, concert-like performances, and heart-tugging recollections of Jisoo, Jennie, Rosé, and Lisa.

The teaser clip starts with a handful of flashbacks, an arrangement of music, and background news reporting. As the video continues, each member also contributes a few lines, hooking fans to the screen.

BlackPink: The Movie is a part of the girls’ anniversary festivities for their passionate fans, Blinks. Under the name of the “4+1 Project,” other surprises so far include a beautiful, limited-edition photo book and the joining of fan-interaction app Weverse.
Until we hear more BLACKPINK news, fans can listen to the band’s top hits, including “Kill This Love” and “DDU-DU DDU-DU.” With less than a month before the movie drops on the big screen, streaming can only help excitement grow.
