Normani Teases New Music On The Way

Normani is back and full of surprises as she teases fans about new music she has been working on uniquely.

Over the past week, fans noticed something out of the ordinary happening on the singer’s social media accounts. All prior photos and posts were deleted except a 14-second video of the “Motivation” singer wearing a gold two-piece ensemble showing off her long hair, lying on the grass, while an audio clip featuring the lyrics, “know it been a while,” was played.

Following shortly afterward, Normani posted photos of herself in a cheetah-print outfit inside the back seat of a car with the caption, “take me for a ride, boy.” With these two posts circulating the internet, it wasn’t long before the #NormaniisComing was actively trending on Twitter. Celebrities Tamera Mowry, Ryan Destiny, and Dinah Jane were among the first to comment on the post and hype up the release of new music.

The “Dancing With A Stranger” singer has collaborated with several artists in the past, including Sam Smith, Khalid for “Love Lies,” and 6lack. Each time, Normani has delivered hit after hit. Her debut single for her solo career, “Motivation,” was extremely popular and got lots of praise for the choreography and style in the music video.

Normani was a long-time member of the girl group Fifth Harmony, which was created during her time on the X Factor in 2012. As a group, the girls released several albums and hit singles, including “Work from Home,” “Worth It,” and “Bo$$.”

Following the group’s split in March 2018, Normani, as well as Camila Cabello, dove into their solo careers, and “Motivation” was declared certified platinum in the U.S. Her 2019 VMA performance sent the world craving for more and released lots of positive reactions from fans.

After some time away from the stage, Normani comes back with brand-new music and lets fans know that she has grown and is thriving.
