A New Trailer for Upcoming Sci-Fi Flick ‘Dune’ Has Officially Been Released
Warner Bros has recently released a brand new trailer for the highly anticipated Sci-Fi thriller, Dune. The film will be an adaptation of the 1965 novel by Frank Herbert which was the first installment of a six-book series.
An adaptation of Frank Herbert’s 1965 sci-fi novel Dune is coming to the big screen and Warner Bros has just dropped a new trailer.
The new intergalactic trailer gives viewers a clearer glimpse into the far future of the year 10,191. The story revolves around young Paul Atreides, the heir to a noble family in a colonized universe who must fight to protect his family’s planet of Arrakis.
Not only is Dune a highly anticipated film due to it’s novel success, but also because there is an an all-star cast onboard. Celebrities such as Timothee Chalamet, Zendaya, Jason Momoa are involved, as well as Rebecca Ferguson, Oscar Isaac, and more.
Directed by Denis Villeneuve, the film was originally set to be released on December 18, 2020. However, production was delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition, with Dune being the first installment of a six-book series, the upcoming science-fiction film may be the beginning of Warner Bros’ next major franchise.
