Bleachers and Lana Del Rey Collaborate for New Song ‘Secret Life’
Bleachers, the indie-pop band fronted by singer, songwriter, and producer Jack Antonoff, has shared another track off his upcoming third studio album, Take the Sadness Out of Saturday Night. Antonoff has released “Secret Life,” which features background vocals by Lana Del Rey, a frequent collaborator of his.
Antonoff has remained extremely busy making this record on top of his other extensive collaborations. He has been working with Lorde on her highly-anticipated third studio album, Solar Power. The talented musician recently performed “Stoned at the Nail Salon” alongside Lorde on Late Night With Seth Meyers.
In addition to his work with Lorde, he also helped Clairo create her beautiful record, Sling. Her second studio album had been released on July 16, receiving widespread critical acclaim. Antonoff and Clairo isolated in the mountains in upstate New York to achieve emotional excellence.
In May, Antonoff also shared that he helped St. Vincent work on Daddy’s Home, her seventies-sound album. St. Vincent also worked with Antonoff on her previous album, Masseduction.
Antonoff’s latest single “Secret Life” features background vocals by none other than Lana Del Rey. He has worked with Del Rey several times, more recently on her last two albums, Norman Fucking Rockwell! and Chemtrails over the Country Club.
