Willow Smith Glows as New Face of Mugler Fragrance ‘Alien Goddess’
Willow Smith has shared a stunning photo of her modeling for Mugler’s latest fragrance, Alien Goddess, which launches on August 15. The singer gives off a powerful aura, radiating and redefining “golden hour.”
According to Mugler, Alien Goddess is said to be a symbol of optimism and neo-femininity, attributes Smith easily embodies. The fragrance is an alluring scent, fusing together jasmine and vanilla to give off an irresistible smell.
The “Transparent Soul” singer revealed to Vogue what it means to be the face of Mugler, especially representing the name “Alien Goddess.” She tells Vogue, “The name is everything I’ve wanted to be since I was 11 or 12.” She adds that the scent is exactly what she would imagine an Alien Goddess to smell like, and paints a vivid picture of the goddess sitting on a lotus flower in space.
On July 7, Smith proudly announced that she would be the new face of Mugler. In an inspiring Instagram post, she writes, “#AlienGoddess is a manifesto. It urges us to be wholly ourselves, to brandish what makes us unique with pride. This new creation gives us the strength to find the best within ourselves, whoever we are, in order to accomplish extraordinary things with a positive impact on the world and those around us.” Smith’s first photo features her in a black, strapped tank with neutral makeup. The image is stunning, evoking the mantra that “less is more.”
