The long-awaited NCT collaboration is here: TEN and Yang Yang’s fresh bop “Low Low” officially dropped. With a complimentary music video, fans are overjoyed to see what their idols have secretly been up to this Summer.

On August 17, K-Pop stars TEN and Yang Yang released their latest hit, “Low Low.” After teasing the music world all week by sharing eye-catching photoshoots and an adorable visual clip, fans were more than ready for the single to bless the universe.

The music video starts with TEN skillfully playing with a basketball, as the upbeat track suddenly begins. The scene then sharply cuts to both TEN and Yang Yang contagiously smiling while dancing a lively choreography.

“Don’t keep my love on the low low / Keep my love on the low low,” the artists begin in the catchy chorus. “You can throw me like a yo-yo / But I promise I won’t let go / If you don’t trust me by now / tell me right now / What can I do just to keep you around / Love on the low low / Don’t keep my love on the low low.”

The tape continues to the boys seeming surprised when finding two plane tickets. They waste no time packing the essentials right away: trophies, clothes, and the basketball from before. For the rest of the music video, the camera follows TEN and Yang Yang on their journey to the airplane. On the adventure, the performers make it a party wherever they go. With streamers flying everywhere and lights flashing, TEN and Yang Yang are easily able to hype up viewers through the screen.

Despite the cheerful beat and bright colors, the lyrics actually depict an on-edge TEN and Yang Yang. Confessing to a hesitant or distracted significant other, the duo exclaims their devotion to love. This interesting contrast demonstrates the complexity of the boys’ artistry; however, it only captures one part of their full innovative capabilities as musicians. SM Entertainment is lucky to have some truly talented individuals under their belt.
