Scarlett Johansson Welcomes New Baby With Husband Colin Jost
Scarlett Johansson and Colin Jost are over the moon in baby bliss. The Black Widow actress, 36, and her husband, 39, welcomed their son, Cosmo, into the world on August 18, 2021. The SNL star took to Instagram to express his joy over his newborn son.
In addition, Jost wrote that privacy about the baby would be “greatly appreciated.” Jost jokingly asked fans to forward all inquiries to his publicist, SNL co-star Michael Che.
Cosmo is the couple’s first child together. While Jost doesn’t have any kids prior to Johansson, the Marvel Cinematic Universe star has a daughter, Rose Dorothy, 6, with her ex-husband, Romain Dauriac. The couple tied the knot in October 2020 after dating for two years. Johansson’s pregnancy was kept on the down-low, thus her lack of presence at Black Widow events. It was in July when Jost announced that they were expecting during a standup comedy performance.

Recently, Johansson has been in a fierce legal battle with Disney over Black Widow. The actress claimed that Disney breached her contract by releasing the film on both Disney+ and the theaters. Disney complied, giving her the $20 million she lost from Disney+; however, the legal battle is still boiling. In the meantime, fans can stream Black Widow and other Marvel films on Disney+ and see Black Widow in theaters.
