Netflix Series ‘Never Have I Ever’ Is Renewed for a New Season
On August 19, the Netflix original series Never Have I Ever was announced to be renewed for a third season. This news comes after the popular show released a second season in July.

Mindy Kaling and Lang Fisher, the creators of the comedy, said in a statement, “We are so grateful to Netflix and Universal Television for letting us continue to tell this story, and to the fans around the world who clamored to see more of this badly behaved Indian teenager.”
The returning cast members include Maitreyi Ramakrishnan, Poorna Jagannathan, Richa Moorjani, Jaren Lewison, Darren Barnet, Lee Rodriguez, and Ramona Young.

Never Have I Ever is a coming-of-age series that follows a first-generation Indian-American teenager named Devi. In the series, the main character, Devi, has to navigate obstacles between family, friends, school, and a love triangle with Paxton and Ben.
On the topic of the love triangle, Lang Fisher explained in an interview, “I don’t know how long it will go. I’m happy to work on it as long as they’ll pay me. I love making it. I do think [Devi’s] got very different relationships with these two guys, and you could see her going in either direction.”
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Lang Fisher knew from the beginning that the love triangle would be essential to the plot in Never Have I Ever, but she does not know which relationship Devi will end up in.
