Halloween fever is currently brewing and with an I Know What You Did Last Summer remake on the horizon, the spooky season just got even juicier for horror and Halloween fans.

The original thriller was based on the 1973 slasher book by Louis Duncan and successfully grossed over $125 million in the box office. Starring Jennifer Love Hewitt, Sarah Michelle Gellar, and Freddie Prinze Jr., the story followed a group of high school seniors that share a dark secret that eventually creeps upon them a year later.

The cast includes Madison Iseman, Ezekiel Goodman, Brooke Bloom, Ashley Moore, Brianne Tju, who will be executively producing alongside writer Sarah Goodman.

The eight-part series will also include cast members such as Madison Iseman, Bill Heck, Sebastian Amoruso, Cassie Beck, and Fiona Rene.
