Adele is back from the other side, and she’s been looking hotter than ever. The 33-year-old English singer and songwriter got candid during an interview with Vogue for her November 2021, issue where she discussed her unexpected journey to weight loss and her new album, 30.

Adele’s long-awaited album 30 will be her first album out since 2015 and fans have been buzzing about the news on social media.

According to Vogue, the pop musician’s newest album tells a story of motherhood, separation, and the anxiety surrounding fame. Her new single “Easy on Me” recently dropped this past week and is already No. 1 trending for music on YouTube.

In addition, streaming service Spotify announced this weekend that "Easy on Me" snagged the title of the platform's most-streamed song in a single day.

During her hiatus, the “Rumor Has It” singer overcame obstacles life threw at her and came out more resilient than ever. When asked how she learned to cope with Anxiety, Adele told Vogue:

“It was a lot of sound baths. It was a lot of meditation. It was a lot of therapy. And a lot of time spent on my own.”

She also added:

“The gym was key, It became my time. I realized that when I was working out, I didn’t have any anxiety. It was never about losing weight. I thought, If I can make my body physically strong, and I can feel that and see that, then maybe one day I can make my emotions and my mind physically strong.”
