Bieber has done fashion collaborations with designers such as Balenciaga and food and beverage partnerships with brands such as the famous coffee chain in Canada, Tim Hortons.
With this collab, Bieber wants to explore his creativity, style, and design.
The Italian luxury brand, Vespa, is known for its timeless scooter.
