Netflix Promises to Deliver New Movies Each Week This Year
Netflix has made the entertainment power move of the year, promising film lovers a new original movie each week of the year. They recently released their annual, star-studded film slate, which includes the highly anticipated release of Knives Out 2.
Whether you’re a fan of rom-coms or action thrillers, Netflix will have something for you. They have a stacked lineup of 87 new, original movies for all movie fans. Some of these movies are already available. Along with new films to watch, there will also be new seasons of series we love, like Sweet Magnolias, Raising Dion, and Disenchantment. We also get some follow-ups to our favorite movies including, Matilda, Tall Girl 2, and The Texas Chainsaw Massacre.

In early January, Netflix announced that the price of streaming would increase, effective immediately. As a result, loyal Netflix subscribers were in an uproar, wondering if they were getting their money’s worth. However, the new lineup of movies expected to release this year and A-list casts in the 2022 film slate has those same fans remembering why they continue to pay.
With perfect timing, Netflix has not only given us weekly entertainment, but they have decorated our movies nights with stars we know and love, like Ryan Gosling in upcoming The Gray Man, John Boyega of Star Wars VII: The Force Awakens, Don Cheadle, Lily Collins, Jennifer Lopez, Dakota Johnson, and so many more that we can’t wait to watch from the comfort of our couch.
