Lauren Jauregui Announces New Mental Health Podcast Attunement
Lauren Jauregui has officially debuted her new podcast series, Attunement, exclusively on Patreon. New episodes will drop each Tuesday.
Lauren Jauregui took to social media to announce that she has finally started a podcast. The “Colors” singer has always been a strong mental health advocate for fans. Attunement is described as “an empowering space where love meets through reflection and honesty.” Jauregui embraces growth and change, often reflecting and fostering meaningful conversations and connections with those around her.
In an Instagram post bidding farewell to 2021, she thanked fans for supporting her and her musical endeavors as a solo artist. The artist is no longer fighting with herself; she is listening to what her body needs. Jauregui is learning to respect boundaries and choosing to chase more happiness and love in her life. She elaborates more on her past year, writing that she is “Shedding the people pleaser, shedding the imposter syndrome, shedding the anger, guilt & shame and saturating mySelf in the light of my existence. Remembering I’m a gift, if to no one else, myself.”
The “Temporary” singer expressed her desire for starting a podcast, telling fans, “Launching a podcast was my way of being able to connect with the most brilliant minds I have encountered throughout my journey here on Earth. These conversations thread life moments; where we’ve been, where we’re headed and the in-between. Attunement offers a vision of a new Earth. A life long quest to care for mind, body and spirit. A dais where we can exist as we are and where we allow contrast and nuance to heal us.”
