From brawny men in boiling pots to walls of bouncing body parts, “Sweetest Pie” is unlike anything you have ever seen before. And the 27-year-old musician’s countless beauty transformations are the cherry on top.

Lauren Elise Child is the genius behind the “Sweetest Pie” star’s iconic looks. The makeup artist has been working with Megan ever since they met on the set of “Thot Sh*t” in 2021. And after collaborating with the rapper on her Met Gala makeup last year, they have finally found their sweet spot.

“Meg knows what she likes,” Child told Vogue, “But she gives her team a lot of creative freedom.”

Throughout the music video, Megan dons five distinctive looks, all selected prior to shooting. From Pat McGrath’s runway inspiration to Instagram beauty posts, Megan picked the styles she liked best, and Child went from there. First is the rapper’s razor-sharp cut-crease (a Stallion signature) and plunging black latex dress.

Then, her bright bubblegum blush (which took some convincing, according to Child) and vanilla soft-serve updo (styled by Kellon Deryck). Other looks include a soft, neutral wing and lip, skeletal acrylics and a long braid, a smokey cat eye and raspberry pout, and diamond-studded hair with black lip liner and golden shadow.

For Child, brainstorming ideas with Megan was an incredible experience. “It was really fun for her to come to me and ask, ‘What do you think I should do? What kind of makeup looks do you think I should try out?’” the artist revealed. “Having that trust—you can’t ask for more as an artist.”
