BLACKPINK Jennie Shares Stunning Photos of Jacquemus Hawaii Show
BLACKPINK’s Jennie Kim attended Jacquemus’s Spring 2022 show in Oahu, Hawaii in a trendy pink outfit and minimalistic makeup. Before admiring the new Jacquemus collection, the K-pop star had sat front row at Chanel’s Fall 2022 runway show.
Designer Simon Porte Jacquemus showcased his latest designs for his “Le Splash” collection. Many other celebrities were seen at the beautiful event alongside Jennie, such as SZA, Jhené Aiko, and Aminé.
“For our first show staged outside of France, I wanted to explore unexpected locations. Hawaii stood out for its dreamy and inspiring landscapes with incredible mountains, beaches, and sea,” Jacquemus shared to Vogue. “It reflects completely the mood of the collection ‘Le Splash’ that we are presenting. Also, I was convinced when Tom Kneller shot our campaign last year there. This show is a dream come true for my team and me, and I hope it will be a beautiful summer escape for everyone watching the show.”
While attending the show, Jennie wore an all-pink outfit with a twist. She wore a checkered pink crop top paired with a knitted striped midi skirt. She completed her outfit with the “Les Carrés Ronds” sandals and rounded-handle “Le Sac” bag.
The tropical environment perfectly worked with Jennie’s minimal makeup and braided hair. The singer posted photos of her trip to Hawaii, sitting in the front row next to SZA, and enjoying the beach.
Filipino content creator Bretman Rock also took a selfie with the “SOLO” singer. He uploaded a photo of them together on his Instagram story. “Cosmo and Wanda ain’t slick,” he captioned the story. Rock was seen wearing an all-green outfit with a leafy wreath. Rock and Jennie look like an amazing duo, wearing monochromatic outfits at the beach.
