Love Is Blind‘s Natalie Lee Rejected Proposal Before Getting Engaged

It is no doubt that season 2 of Love is Blind has garnered lots of attention. Among the popular fan favorites, many are attached to Natalie Lee and Shayne Jansen’s love story. However, many fans are now curious after Natalie Lee posted a new TikTok video. Lee shared a video saying how another contestant proposed to her in the pods before Shayne Jansen did.

Natalie’s conversations and proposal with the mystery man didn’t air in the show, along with other engagements due to time constraints. Chris Coelen, Love is Blind creator, revealed to MetroUK that not only was Natalie unreceptive to the suitor’s feelings, but that the proposal was “very out of the blue” and the mystery man left immediately after Natalie said no. 

Hosted by season one’s Lauren Speed-Hamilton and comedian Chris Burns, We Have the Receipts recently welcomed Natalie, where she addressed the topic. Lee noted, “Someone did propose to me early on, and unfortunately, I rejected that proposal. It’s something that wasn’t aired, which I was kind of shocked about. I thought that they would show it, but I’m glad that they didn’t because it was a tiny part of my story, and… I knew I was going to say no to that person, so I’m glad they didn’t show it.” 

Even though the mystery man wasn’t named in the podcast, Natalie did hint as to who it may be. She notes, “You see a glimpse of him, he has a 10-second bit, but I’m not sure if I’m allowed to reveal the name quite yet.“
