New Bodies Bodies Bodies Trailer Contains Hilarious Gen Z Cast
A24 released the final trailer for the new horror flick, Bodies Bodies Bodies, starring Amandla Stenberg, Pete Davidson, and more. The trailer was uploaded on April 26, and the official film will be released on August 5. Halina Reijn brings together the perfect, hilarious Gen Z cast for the upcoming slasher film.
The entire cast – consisting of Amandla Stenberg, Maria Bakalova, Pete Davidson, Myha’la Herrold, Rachel Sennott, Lee Pace, and Chase Sui Wonders – stay at a remote mansion during a hurricane. The friend group is stuck and decides to play a game. But… everything goes sideways. There are some pretty weird results from the game.
“Guys, I get so stressed out every time we play this,” Emma (Wonders) states in the trailer. “Someone always ends up crying.” The trailer puts together an exciting (yet terrifying) journey that the friend group embarks on.
According to the characters, it’s a straightforward game. Amongst a pile of paper, if you pull one out that says “X,” then you’re the designated murderer. The rest of the players have to try their best not to get killed by the murderer. It seems super straightforward until we see blood, knives, crying, and… someone ends up actually dead.
We’re excited to see what the movie has in store for us. It’s not just a horror movie, but a mystery about who the killer is. And who can forget the petty yet hilarious insults the friends throw at each other? Bodies Bodies Bodies might just be the perfect summer slasher film.
