Harry Styles Unveils New Gucci HA HA HA Collection
Is there anything Harry Styles can’t do? The singer-turned-actor can now add “designer” to his list of accomplishments.
On June 20, Italian fashion designer Alessandro Michele shared an exciting collaboration with the one and only Harry Styles. The “Golden” singer has been a muse for the label for a while now, starring in everything from ad campaigns to short films. Styles and Michele took their friendship to the next level, partnering up to create a star-crossed collaboration: Gucci HA HA HA. The name is inspired by their initials: Harry and Alessandro.
In addition to Styles’ work with Gucci, the singer made history as the first man to appear on the cover of Vogue for its December 2020 issue. He wore a beautiful blue ball gown, leaving fans speechless. Michele took to Instagram to celebrate his friend’s success, writing, “When one of the best gowns of your show ends up on one of your best friends.” The singer shares the same message as his fashion designer friend-turned collaborator: continue to push for genderless clothing.

The Gucci HA HA HA collaboration is a warm collection that allowed the friends to reflect on their childhood joys and playfulness. The line contains “Cherries, rabbits, bananas, and a grumpy teddy bear” adorned on all fashion pieces.
In a press release, Michele says of Styles, “He’s the most courageous person in all the choices he makes, and he’s intuitively attuned to the new ways of self-representation. His repertoire is vast, he has an interesting idea of sexy, and he’s extremely articulate and aware in his eclectic approach.”
