The New Trailer for Season 4, Volume 2 of Stranger Things Leaves Fans Frightened

Netflix

About a month after Stranger Things Season 4 premiered, Netflix surprised series fans with a new trailer for Stranger Things Season 4, Volume 2 ahead of its premiere on July 1. The trailer introduces the epic conclusion to Stranger Things 4 and shows the Hawkins kids facing the monster, Vecna.

In the latest trailer, Eleven (Millie Bobby Brown) tries to make it back to her friends in Hawkins while Dr. Martin Brenner tells her she is “not ready” with the uncertainty that Eleven’s newly trained powers are enough to fight Vecna. The trailer illustrates soldiers shooting and blood-soaked Eleven, giving fans chills in the last two episodes of the season.

Season 4, Volume 1 revealed that Vecna was Henry Creel, a Hawkins boy who became the first experiment subject along with Eleven. The continuous approach of the villain leaves Eleven no choice but to fight him, regardless of the uncertainty of her new skills. The trailer does not show whether Eleven reconnects with her friends back in Hawkins, but this snippet makes fans question if the recurring nightmares from Volume 1 will conclude.

The final episodes of the season will include returning cast members, including Millie Bobby Brown, Winona Ryder, David Harbour, Finn Wolfhard, Gaten Matarazzo, Noah Schnapp, Caleb McLaughlin, along with other members from Volume 1.
