With Victoria Beckham, The Spice Girls are reuniting for the band’s new documentary.

Fans are beyond excited to see Victoria Beckham back as Posh Spice since she could not join the Spice Girls reunion in 2019. However, she still expressed how special the band is to her by posting on social media in May, “I won’t be joining my girls onstage again but being in the Spice Girls was a hugely important part of my life and I wish them so much love and fun as they go back on tour next year.”

The iconic group of girls consists of Melanie C, Emma Bunton, Mel B, Geri Halliwell, and Victoria Beckham. The band has been around for 28 years since being formed in 1994. Their reunion aims to celebrate the 25th anniversary of The Spice Girls’ film Spice World. They are not only performing but also taking fans behind the scene of their 2019 tour and answering questions about their upcoming documentary.

Mel B teased in her interview with Metro about one of her behind-the-scenes anecdotes. “The rap in the Wannabe video, I actually wrote on the toilet while the other girls were doing the vocals,” she stated. Recently, former soccer player David Beckham shared a video of his wife, Victoria Beckham, doing karaoke to the group’s hit “Stop” during their vacation. Mel C even commented on his post writing, “Nice to see you getting a head start on rehearsals!”

Although no official details have been told, there are rumors that the iconic girl group will takeover Glastonbury 2023. Jason Hehir, who directed Netflix’s Michael Jordan series The Last Dance, will take the helm for the upcoming documentary.

More details are expected to come as the documentary’s production continues to progress.
