Pack Your Broomsticks, Hocus Pocus Fans Can Now Stay at a New Airbnb Cottage
Happy Halloween to all those who have been patiently waiting. Now that Winifred, Sarah, and Mary Sanderson have returned to Salem, they’re inviting others to visit too. To kick off the celebration of All Hallows’ Eve, the Sanderson sisters from Hocus Pocus are opening their cottage to guests.
For $31, two guests can book a one-night stay at the cottage on October 20 through Airbnb. The home sits in the enchanting woods of Danvers, Massachusetts, just outside Salem. In addition to their stay, guests can explore Salem and stream both Hocus Pocus movies.
The cottage opened just after the release of Hocus Pocus 2 on September 30. In the second film, Bette Midler, Kathy Najimy and Sarah Jessica Parker reprise their roles as the Sanderson sisters and attempt to wreak havoc on their hometown.
Najimy, who embodies Mary Sanderson, enthusiastically supported the opening of the cottage. In Airbnb’s description of the booking, she stated, “What better way to celebrate the season than to host guests at the trio’s historic haunt for a night they’ll remember for years to come?”
