Where Every Love Is Blind Couple Is After the Dramatic Finale
Netflix’s original reality series, Love is Blind, has officially wrapped its third season. The streaming platform released the season finale along with the couples’ reunion hosted by Nick and Vanessa Lachey on Wednesday.
Typical for the series, there was drama, tears, “I do’s,” and some “I do not’s.” Five couples wound up making it to the altar this season. Each pair formed an emotional relationship in the infamous pods and got engaged without seeing one another.
The real test came after the couples met and had to take their relationship into the real world. For season 3, Netflix took to Dallas, Texas to find the newest singles for their dating experiment. After season 2’s couples flopped in the marriage department, the network seemed to have high hopes for this season. Now, we will finally see which couples have prevailed after the season finale.
Raven and SK
The penultimate episode of the season contained two weddings. First, a ceremony between Raven, a 27-year-old pilates instructor, and SK, a 34-year-old data engineer, and student. The couple’s relationship was interesting since they were the most private. However, their extravagant wedding was highly anticipated by viewers. The ceremony was a combination of SK’s Nigerian culture with Raven’s American wedding traditions.
At their ceremony, Raven was asked to commit first, tearfully pledging, “I do.” SK hesitates, garnering surprised looks from their guests, before declaring, “I do not.” Since he would be moving to California for a graduate program shortly after the wedding, he felt it would be best not to get married.
Raven and SK’s scenes conclude after she and his mother share a loving hug despite his answer. However, at the cast reunion, they revealed that they have reconciled their relationship and are now happily dating.
Nancy and Bartise
The second wedding featured in the episode ends on a cliffhanger. Nancy and Bartise had a rough road to the altar, to say the least. Nancy, 31, was initially apprehensive since Bartise, 25, was much younger than her. Bartise had reservations since he was torn between proposing to Nancy or Raven in the pods, and both women are very different.
Ultimately, he proposed to Nancy, which she accepted, but they couldn’t have anticipated what would come next. Once the entire cast was able to meet each other, Bartise was stunned upon seeing Raven for the first time. He did not keep his thoughts to himself, calling Raven a “smoke show,” and telling Nancy about it.
They also had differences in opinions on abortion, which tested their relationship further. Nancy and Bartise still proceeded with their wedding, where Nancy answered “I do,” but Bartise did not. Both of their families got quite heated at the ceremony and so did the couple during the reunion. Nancy officially declared their relationship to be finished. Then, she brought up how Bartise allegedly moved on with another woman days after the failed wedding.
Alexa and Brennon
The third couple to have a wedding was the first to get engaged: Alexa and Brennon. Their relationship was a fan favorite, and although they come from very different backgrounds, they seemed to be matched perfectly. Brennon embraced Alexa’s Jewish culture and her affluent lifestyle, and she embraced his cowboy roots and his wearing outfits more than once.
They got hitched (without a hitch) in a Jewish ceremony surrounded by their family and friends. As of the reunion’s filming, they are happily married, their only disagreement being about dishes not being cleaned. Alexa received great advice, though. She stated that someone told her, “don’t let roommate problems become marriage problems,” and they have continued to be joyful newlyweds.
Cole and Zanab
If there is one wedding that rivaled Nancy and Bartise’s for most dramatic, it was Cole and Zanab’s. The fourth couple to have a ceremony had a similar age difference and a similar amount of pre-marital stress. Zanab, 32, and Cole, 26, had many disagreements upon leaving the pods. To start, when they moved in together, Zanab was not impressed with Cole’s tidiness. She often reminded him to clean up after himself, which caused many arguments between the two.
Perhaps their most formative conflict centered around another cast member, Colleen. Cole and Colleen formed a very close relationship in the pods, but he chose not to propose to her in the end. However, when they met each other in person, they talked about how they were attracted to each other, Cole telling her how she is who he would go for in the “real world.” Their respective fiancees found out, and Zanab felt disrespected by Cole’s comments to Colleen.
Cole’s family refused to attend the wedding and also did not want to meet Zanab before they were married. The couple did make it to the altar, but Zanab quickly declined to marry Cole, stating that he disrespected her and she hoped he would not mistreat other women.
The bad blood between the two seemed to continue into the reunion. Cole was brought to tears and Zanab accused him of kissing another woman at his bachelor party. The other women came to Zanab’s defense quickly. Cole stated that he has regrets about going on the show, to which Nick Lachey replied that he is the first contestant who has revealed that.
Colleen and Matt
Colleen’s wedding to her fiancee, Matt, was the final ceremony of the season. To say the least, the two had a rough relationship as well. Matt once threatened to leave the dating series completely after a dramatic fight. Colleen also told him on a date that if they were to have a wedding at that moment, she would not want to get married.
Despite their hardships, Matt and Colleen did end up getting married. However, at the reunion, they revealed that they do not live together yet. They explained that they were not financially ready to get out of their apartment leases, but the couple stayed together every night.
Fans immediately took to Twitter following the finale’s release. There were many negative comments about Cole and Bartise. However, there were many positive reactions to Raven and SK reconciling. There has also been an overwhelming amount of fans speculating whether or not Zanab exaggerated fights between her and Cole and if she was a “villain” in the season.

That cuties scene actually makes Zanab look worse. Bartise is even more unlikeable after the reunion. Colleen looks like she is held hostage. #LoveisBlindS3 #loveisblind
