Glass Onion Premiere Brings Out New Iconic Fashion Moments
Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery is a Netflix adaptation of the original murder mystery thriller Knives Out. The Los Angles premiere truly became a night to remember with the fashion and insight from some of Hollywood’s favorite celebrities.

Leslie Odom Jr.’s flowy blue Dolce and Gabbana ensemble fit into the theme of combining old and new fashion styles. This classic tux is taken down a notch to give a relaxed feel, which matches Glass Onion’s Leslie Odom Jr. perfectly. In the upcoming movie, he will star as Lionel Touissant.

In an interview on the “blue carpet,” Odom Jr. spoke with Variety about his experience featuring on Quinta Brunson’s ABC sitcom Abbott Elementary. He went on to explain that as a Philadelphia native and fan of the show, he was ecstatic to guest star.

Singer Janelle Monae, who will be starring in the film as Andi Brand, serves in an elegant gown by Elie Saab. The cutout bodice accommodates an edgier vibe to the elegant feather-lined skirt. This dress was the perfect statement piece to set off this action-packed movie.

Monae later gushed to Variety about her role as Andi Brand, calling it a “dream role.” She also acknowledged the overwhelming talent in the actors cast for the film.
